Returns

If you wish to return a peripheral that had developed a fault within warranty then please email us in advance.
If would like to return it under our peripheral guarantee (14 day no quibble money back) then just sent it back with a covering note stating who is returning it (preferably with your order number).

All our computers come with a 2 year warranty. If your computer has developed a fault within this time then please contact us, it may be possible to repair your computer without returning it.

If your computer develops a fault after the warranty period then please contact us as we may be able to repair it at a preferential rate.
